按照部颁标准的规定,热轧圆钢的椭圆度就是在同一截面中最大最小直径的差度不得大于有关精确度公差(正负偏差绝对值之和)的0.5倍。目前各厂还缺乏适当的检验椭圆度的工具,或是凭经验来看或者不检验,经常由于圆钢的椭圆度的问题与用户发生争执,严重的甚至因此而引起退货的情况。为了解决这个问题,我现在介绍一种简单的测量工具希有关部门考虑采纳使用,形状如下图所示:
