文化产业正以其在经济建设中的独特魅力吸引着越来越多国家的重视,已然成为一国提升国际竞争力的重要支撑。文化产业的发展离不开版权管理战略,将其置于战略的高度进行规划设计对于我国文化产业的崛起至关重要。版权管理战略的设计,在宏观上应当发挥政府职能,制定并完善版权法律法规、优化版权行政管理体系;在微观上应当唤醒企业的版权管理意识,优化产权管理、经营管理等环节,并建立科学的保障体系。
