聚合物电致发光材料在通讯、信息、显示和照明等许多领域显现出巨大的商业应用前景,十几年来一直是人们研究的热点.最近含硅共轭聚合物在光电功能材料的研究开发中受到越来越多的重视,一方面是由于硅原子以化学键形式结合到基于碳氢氮硫的传统共轭聚合物中,能显著改变聚合物的电子结构和状态,从而改善聚合物的光电性能;另一方面,硅是一种广泛应用于现代电子电器等行业的无机功能材料,含硅共轭聚合物作为一种有机-无机杂化材料具有很高的研究和开发价值.硅原子的引入对共轭聚合物的结构设计和光电性能改善提供了更大的空间和可能性.本文根据硅原子在聚合物中的位置,综述了硅作主链的聚硅烷和poly(1,1-silole),硅与碳共同作主链的π共轭单体与硅的共聚物,poly(2,5-silole)及其共聚物和含硅桥的共轭聚合物,以及硅作取代基的π共轭聚合物等含硅共轭聚合物在电致发光材料领域的研究进展,讨论了其今后的发展方向.
