近年来,在我国高等职业教育集团化办学,大体上经历了萌芽、起步建设、发展、自发与有组织组建并举、发展五阶段。高职教育集团化在深化高职教育创新人才培养模式、教育机制和体制、构建高职教育体系、整合教育资源、推动高职教育协调发展等方面都发挥着重要的作用。本文从集团化教育的概念内涵着手,对河北省高职教育集团化的现状及发展进行论述。
In recent years, the collectivization of higher vocational education in our country has basically undergone five stages of germination, starting construction, development, spontaneous and organized formation and development. The collectivization of higher vocational education plays an important role in deepening innovative personnel training mode, educational system and system in higher vocational education, building higher vocational education system, integrating educational resources and promoting the coordinated development of higher vocational education. This article starts with the concept of group education and discusses the current situation and development of the grouping of higher vocational education in Hebei Province.
