Upon learning of the news, the Brookings Institution gave him a gold boot engraved with “The Greatest Marketer”. This is another student who has been awarded the honor since 1975 when one of the Academy’s students successfully sold a miniature tape recorder to Nixon. Founded in 1927, the Brookings Institution is known for developing the most outstanding salesmen in the world. It has a tradition of designing an internship that best embodies salespeople ’skills at the end of each trainee’s program for students to complete. During the Clinton administration, they came up with such a question: Please put a briefcase to the incumbent president. During the eight years, countless trainees rack their brains, but in the end all failed. After Clinton left office, the Brookings Institute replaced the title with: Please sell an ax to President Bush. Some trainees think that this graduation internship will be as fruitless as Clinton’s administration, because the current president is not missing anything. However, George Herbert did. A reporter interviewed him
