本文对心室晚电位阳性的27例冠心病患者采用蛇毒抗栓酶三号治疗。治疗前后心室晚电位的指标(RMS-40,LAS-40,TQRS)差异显著,P<0.01,治疗前均为阳性,治疗后转为阴性,本文对指标转阴性的机理进行探讨。
In this paper, ventricular late potential positive 27 cases of coronary heart disease patients treated with snake venom antithrombin III. The indexes of ventricular late potentials (RMS-40, LAS-40, TQRS) before and after treatment were significantly different (P <0.01), they were all positive before treatment and turned negative after treatment.
