旅行社作为旅游行业一个重要结构,具有悠久的历史,而且随着时间发展,旅行社发展已经初具规模,在数量、种类、分布方面都取得了一定成效,但是随着信息技术发展,旅行社在运营方面还是遇到了非常大的竞争压力。为了促进自身发展,缓解现在所面临的竞争压力,旅行社应该充分发挥自身的优势,创建自身产品特色。通过这种方式来获得一定生存空间,实现自身产业发展。本文以旅行社投诉特点为切入点,结合旅行社投诉的现状,对当下旅行社投诉现状产生的原因进行了分析,期望通过这些分析可以给我国旅行社投诉体系完善和竞争优势提升带来实质性帮助。
