随着中国内地与香港地区之间的联系越来越紧密,职务犯罪无论是主体上、行为上还是危害结果上都呈现出新的特点,过去个案合作的方式已经很难适应打击跨两地间的职务犯罪行为的需要。在总结中国内地与香港之间职务犯罪区际司法协助意义的基础上,重点分析内地与香港职务犯罪区际司法协助的主体机构和主要内容,以期望内地与香港之间在腐败等职务犯罪领域的司法协助工作取得突破性进展。
