一种逆傅里叶激光测量系统的研究

针对测量粒径的传统傅里叶测量系统(FS)的缺点,提出了一种改进的逆傅里叶激光测量系统(RFS)。通过实验测量,结果表明通过增加散射体与透镜的距离可以增加粒径测量的下限,扩大粒径测量的范围。另外,还对不同粒径的测量结果和理论计算结果进行了对比。结果表明,该方法特别适合于在小颗粒的测量。 In view of the shortcomings of the traditional Fourier measurement system (FS) for measuring particle size, an improved Inverse Fourier Laser Measurement System (RFS) is proposed. The experimental results show that by increasing the distance between the scatterer and the lens, the lower limit of particle size measurement can be increased and the range of particle size measurement can be enlarged. In addition, the measurement results of different particle sizes and the theoretical calculation results are also compared. The results show that this method is particularly suitable for the measurement of small particles.
