目的比较CR与普通摄影曝光剂量和受照剂量当量大小。方法通过热释光测量计、线对卡等工具,对中速屏-片、感绿屏-片及IP板3种影像载体的曝光剂量和剂量当量均值进行检测与比较。结果显示2.0L.P/mm时,IP板曝光剂量只有中速屏-片的5%、感绿屏-片的33%,剂量当量均值是中速屏-片的3%、感绿屏-片的35%。而显示4.0L.P/mm时,IP板曝光剂量接近中速屏-片的200%、感绿屏-片的950%,剂量当量均值是中速屏-片的180%、感绿屏-片的1110%。在2.5~3.2L.P/mm范围内,IP板的曝光剂量分别是中速屏-片的50%~75%、感绿屏-片的220%~290%,剂量当量均值又分别是中速屏-片的37%~66%、感绿屏-片的190%~270%。结论在2.5~3.2L.P/mm内,CR的曝光剂量和剂量当量均值比中速屏-片低约1/2~3/4倍mAs、1/3~2/3倍mSv,但比感绿屏-片高约2~3倍mAs、2~3倍mSv。在这一范围内投照,均可获得优质的影像。
OBJECTIVE To compare the equivalent dose of CR with that of ordinary photographic exposures and irradiated doses. Methods The exposure dose and dose equivalent mean value of three kinds of imaging carriers such as medium speed screen - tablet, green screen - tablet and IP board were detected and compared by means of thermoluminescence meter, line card and other tools. The results showed 2.0LP / mm, the IP board exposure dose of only moderate-speed screen - 5% of the film, the green screen - film 33%, equivalent dose mean medium-speed screen - 3% of the film, green screen - 35%. While showing 4.0LP / mm, the exposure dose of IP board is close to 200% of medium speed screen - green screen - 950% of green screen, the average of the equivalent dose is medium speed screen - 180% of the film, green screen - 1110%. In the range of 2.5 ~ 3.2LP / mm, the exposure dose of the IP board is respectively 50% -75% of the medium-speed screen-tablet, 220% -290% of the green screen-tablet, and the mean dose equivalent is respectively the medium speed screen - 37% to 66% of tablets, green screen - 190% ~ 270% of tablets. Conclusions In the range of 2.5-3.2LP / mm, exposure dose and dose equivalent of CR are about 1/2 ~ 3/4 times of mAs and 1/3 ~ 2/3 times of mSv, Screen - film about 2 to 3 times mAs, 2 to 3 times mSv.
