同步捕获是超宽带(UWB)通信面临的主要难题之一。“脏模板”(TDT)同步捕获算法十分适合UWB系统,在数据辅助(DA)模式下它具有低复杂度和快速捕获的特点。但是,在无数据辅助(NDA)的模式下,它的性能就要取决于系统随机信号的干扰。因此,分析利用正交Hermite脉冲的方法来解决这个问题。算法采用一串交替的正交Hermite脉冲来调制要发送的信号,并对原TDT算法进行了相应的修改来实现同步。该方法无需训练序列,在NDA模式下能够达到良好的性能。理论分析仿真结果表明,算法在均方误差(MSE)上跟传统TDT算法相比有较好改善。
Synchronous capture is one of the major challenges for ultra-wideband (UWB) communications. The Dirty Template (TDT) synchronization capture algorithm fits well with UWB systems and offers low complexity and fast capture in Data Assist (DA) mode. However, in the absence of data-aided (NDA) mode, its performance depends on the systematic random signal interference. Therefore, the analysis of the use of orthogonal Hermite pulse method to solve this problem. The algorithm uses a series of alternating orthogonal Hermite pulses to modulate the signal to be transmitted, and the original TDT algorithm is modified accordingly to achieve synchronization. This method requires no training sequence and achieves good performance in NDA mode. Theoretical analysis Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is better than the traditional TDT algorithm in mean square error (MSE).
