将信息物理融合系统(cyber-physical system,CPS)概念和感知控制论(perceptual control theory,PCT)相结合提出PCCPS模型,再与化工过程特点相结合,构建具有环境监测、信息共享、故障预测、故障诊断和基于知识操作建议的化工过程安全运行信息物理融合系统模型。在相关研究基础上,以环己烷无催化氧化过程PCCPS监控系统为例,阐述模型的应用,为进一步研究提供借鉴。化工过程安全运行物理信息融合系统的实现将提高化工过程连续、高效和安全运行。
The PCCPS model is proposed by combining the concept of cyber-physical system (CPS) and perceptual control theory (PCT), and then combined with the characteristics of chemical processes to build a system with environmental monitoring, information sharing, fault prediction, Fault diagnosis and chemical operation based on knowledge of operational recommendations for the safe operation of information and physical integration system model. Based on the related research, taking the PCCPS monitoring and control system of cyclohexane catalytic oxidation as an example, the application of the model is expounded to provide reference for further research. Chemical Process Safety Operation The realization of a physical information fusion system will improve the continuous, efficient and safe operation of the chemical process.
