很感谢这次大会的组委会请我从一个电信运营商的角度来谈一谈怎样看待三网融合。我从事电信行业四十年来,经历了整个中国电信业的发展,从垄断到寡头再到竞争,这当中有很多的经验教训和体会,最值得我自己借鉴的就是02年我从中国电信出来,然后到网通,再到联通,从主导运营商到次导运营商,我想通过以下三部分和大家做一个沟通。
Very grateful to the organizing committee of this conference asked me to talk about how to view triple play from the perspective of a telecom operator. I have been engaged in the telecom industry for more than 40 years and have experienced the entire development of China’s telecom industry. From monopoly to oligarchy to competition, there are many lessons and experiences. Among the most worthy of my own reference is that I came out from China Telecom in 2002, Then to China Netcom, then to China Unicom, from leading operators to second-leading operators, I would like to do a communication with everyone through the following three parts.
