在含高浓度细胞分裂素和低浓度生长素的培养基上,紫参(Salviachinensis)和安祖花(Anthuriumandraeanum)均以叶片为外植体,诱导产生不定芽,但单个不定芽较难从致密愈伤组织上分离.这种不定芽包裹成的人工种子,在MS培养基上培养,分别获得72.7%和11.3%的萌发率,但均未长成小植株.用高浓度生长素和低浓度细胞分裂素处理(或低浓度生长素单独处理)上述带芽愈伤组织后,芽体伸长,易分离.用这种芽包裹成的人工种子不但可提高萌发率,而且提高了转株率,分别达48.7%和56.1%.由人工种子萌发形成的苗,均未出现畸形的现象.
On medium containing high concentration of cytokinin and low concentration of auxin, both leaves and leaves of Adventitious buds (Salvia chinensis) and Anthurium mandarinum (Adventitious buds) were used as explants to induce adventitious buds. However, adventitious buds were more difficult to densify Callus separation. The artificial seeds wrapped in adventitious buds were cultivated on MS medium, and the germination rate was 72.7% and 11.3% respectively, but no seedlings were grown. With high concentrations of auxin and low concentrations of cytokinin treatment (or low concentrations of auxin alone) with bud callus, the bud elongation, easy separation. The artificial seeds wrapped with this bud not only increased germination rate but also increased the rate of plant transplants, reaching 48.7% and 56.1% respectively. Seedlings formed by the germination of artificial seeds, did not appear abnormal phenomenon.
