海工装备建造过程中分段多,相互关联,虚拟装配可以避免各分段直接的干涉和碰撞,保证建造的顺利进行。文章对VRML和Java交互行为的机理进行了研究,通过EAI(外部编程接口)和Script节点实现了虚拟装配中场景与外部世界的交互,包括虚拟装配建模、VRML模型的添加与删除、装配过程中零部件碰撞检测等功能。最后以钻探储油平台SEVAN650中210分段为例进行了虚拟装配,验证了基于VRML和Java的海工平台虚拟装配的正确性。
During the construction of offshore equipment, there are many sections and are interrelated. Virtual assembly can avoid the direct interference and collision of each section and ensure the smooth construction. In this paper, the mechanism of interaction between VRML and Java is studied. The interaction between scene and external world in virtual assembly is realized through EAI and Script node, including virtual assembly modeling, adding and deleting of VRML model, assembly process Parts collision detection and other functions. Finally, a 210-segment drilling rig SEVAN650 was used as an example to verify the virtual assembly of offshore platform based on VRML and Java.
