我国不论是从产量上还是从栽培面积上,都是世界第一的柑橘生产大国,自市场经济改革以来,柑橘俨然已成为了我国南方农村经济的一大支柱产业。但由于储存保藏技术的落后,导致了柑橘的低价处理和腐烂等现象,严重影响了南方农村经济的发展。本研究以湖北省黄冈武穴市的柑橘采后储藏保鲜技术为依据,进行相关研究与讨论,进而推广柑橘的储藏保鲜技术,旨在改善南方农村经济因此造成的损失。
Since the market economy reform, citrus has become a pillar industry of the rural economy in southern China as it is the largest citrus producer in the world, both in output and cultivation area. However, due to the lack of storage and preservation technologies, it led to the phenomenon of low-price processing and decay of citrus, which seriously affected the economic development of the rural areas in southern China. Based on the post-harvest preservation technology of citrus in Wuxue, Huanggang, Hubei Province, this research carried out related research and discussion, and then promoted the storage and preservation technology of citrus so as to improve the loss caused by the rural economy in southern China.
