目的:研究冬凌草叶中冬凌草甲、乙素的含量测定。方法:采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果:冬凌草甲素浓度在9.50μg~47.50μg之间线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999,回收率为98.54%,测定的RSD=1.41%。冬凌草乙素浓度在9.98μg~49.90μg之间线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999,回收率为98.07%,测定的RSD=1.35%。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏,重现性好,可用于冬凌草的质量控制。由本法测定结果表明,生长在济源太行山区8月份的冬凌草叶中冬凌草甲、乙素的含量最高
Objective: To study the content determination of Rubescens A and B in Rubescens leaves. Methods: The TLC method was used for the determination. Results: The calibration curve of oridonin showed good linearity in the range of 9.50μg ~ 47.50μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.999, a recovery of 98.54% and a measured RSD of 1.41%. The calibration curve was linear between 9.98μg and 49.90μg. The correlation coefficient was 0.999, the recovery was 98.07% and the RSD was 1.35%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, sensitive, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Rubescens. By the method of determination results show that the growth in Jiyuan Taihang Mountains August rubescens leaves of Rubester A, B content is highest
