本文介绍采用不平衡电桥的QHL-Ⅱ型球化率测定仪,以涡流法测定液态球铁球化率。试棒浇铸后半分钟内即可确定铁水是否已经球化,1~2分钟内可确定铁水的球化情况。仪器还可用以监示铁水在浇铸过程中球化是否衰退。
In this paper, QHL-Ⅱ spheroidization rate meter with unbalanced bridge is introduced to determine the rate of spheroidization of liquid iron by the eddy current method. Within half a minute after the casting rod can be determined whether the molten iron has been nodular, 1 to 2 minutes to determine the hot metal spheroidization. The instrument can also be used to monitor the hot metal in the casting process of ballistic decline.
