1992年8~9月,我们在北京西局养猪场,联合应用灭幼宝与诺毕速灭松杀灭蚊、蝇,取得较好效果。在发生季节高峰,成蝇平均密度由167只/0.5h降至10只/0.5h,密度下降率达94%以上;1周后第2次喷药,下降率达99.2%;1个月内蝇幼平均密度保持在0.22条/g以下,密度下降率保持在96.17%以上;施药后2个月化蛹变小、变畸,羽化率明显降低,在6.54%以下。现场投施灭幼宝对淡色库蚊有明显的速杀力,投药后3天幼虫密度下降率达100%,1周后回升;再次投药后3天,密度下降率又达98.78%。
