莫会成,西安微电机研究所所长,全国微电机标委会主任委员,国家微电机质检中心主任,中国电器工业协会微电机分会理事长,国家微电机实验室主任,西安市青年企业家协会副会长,国家政府特殊津贴专家。主持国家“七五”至“十五”科技攻关和军用微电机攻关课题30余项,发表论文40余篇,曾获省部级科技进步奖、科技新产品奖和火炬计划博览会金奖。
Mo Huicheng, director of Xi’an Institute of Microelectronics, the chairman of the National Micro-motor Standard Committee, the director of the National Micro-motor Quality Inspection Center, the chairman of the China Motor Industry Association Micro-motor Branch, the director of the National Micro-motor Laboratory, the young enterprise of Xi’an Vice President of the Association of Home Ownership, Special Allowance Expert of National Government. He has presided over more than 30 national key topics of scientific and technological research and military micromotors from the “75” to “15” and published more than 40 papers. He has won provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards, science and technology new product awards and Torch Plan Exposition Gold Award.
