建筑节能改造项目风险共担具有耗散结构特性,基于对风险共担的系统解析,利用耗散结构理论,探讨既有建筑节能改造项目风险共担耗散结构的形成机理.在此基础上,构建了基于灰关联熵的风险共担结构演化方向判别模型,指出了风险共担结构的3种演化方向.最后,针对研究结果从推进协同治理、强化制度建设、合理设计契约3个方面提出建筑节能改造项目风险共担决策优化建议.
Based on the systematic analysis of risk sharing and the theory of dissipative structure, this paper explores the forming mechanism of risk-sharing dissipative structure in the existing building energy-saving retrofit project.On the basis of this, This paper constructs a discriminant model of risk-sharing structure evolution direction based on gray relation entropy and points out three evolutionary directions of the risk-sharing structure.Finally, according to the results of the study, three aspects are put forward: promoting collaborative governance, strengthening system construction and reasonable design contract Energy - saving reconstruction project risk sharing decision - making optimization.
