目的探讨血小板变化与新生儿感染之间的关系。方法选取2012年1月~2014年12月在该院治疗的新生儿感染98例,其中严重感染患儿41例,普通感染患儿57例,同时选取非感染新生儿30例,检测患儿血小板计数(PLT)、血小板体积(MPV)。结果严重感染患儿PLT为(114.30±40.15)×109/L,明显低于非感染和普通感染患儿(P<0.05);严重感染患儿MPV为(11.81±1.43)fl,明显高于非感染和普通感染患儿(P<0.05)。普通感染患儿PLT明显低于非感染患儿(P<0.05),而MPV明显高于非感染患儿(P<0.05)。结论血小板变化对评估新生儿病情及转归提供参考。
Objective To investigate the relationship between platelet changes and neonatal infection. Methods From January 2012 to December 2014, 98 cases of neonatal infections were treated in this hospital, including 41 cases of severe infection and 57 cases of common infection. 30 non-infected newborns were also selected to detect platelet Count (PLT), platelet volume (MPV). Results The PLT in severe infection was (114.30 ± 40.15) × 109 / L, which was significantly lower than that in non-infected and common children (P <0.05). The MPV in severe infection was (11.81 ± 1.43) fl, Infection and common infection in children (P <0.05). PLT in children with common infection was significantly lower than that in non-infected children (P <0.05), while MPV was significantly higher in non-infected children (P <0.05). Conclusion Platelet changes provide a reference for evaluating the condition and prognosis of newborn.
