本文介绍一种两平面法动平衡原理,根据此原理编制了徽机专用程序,对所测试的工件能直接求出在任选两截面上各应加的集中质量大小和方位角,从而很容易把工件调整到平衡。文中用此方法在 WD—1型瓦特计式动平衡机上对电影机氙灯离心式风机的风轮进行了动平衡试验,获得成功。与该机原调正方法相比,由于避免使用机械、电气解算比的调正和设计,故按单件计算平衡时间缩短30倍左右。一次去重率达89%,平衡两次后最低偏心率达3u(0.003mm).本方法对平衡批量小、难度大和要求平衡精度高的零件更为适宜。
