目的:研究益心脑滴丸对血小板聚集、血栓形成及凝血作用的影响。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,分别为正常组、阿司匹林组、益心脑滴丸高、中、低剂量组(906,453,226 mg.kg-1,ig)。分别由ADP、凝血酶、CaCl2诱导血小板聚集,采用比浊法观察益心脑滴丸对大鼠血小板聚集率的影响;通过毛细玻璃管法研究益心脑滴丸对血瘀模型大鼠凝血时间的影响,同时评价滴丸对大鼠凝血酶原时间(PT)及凝血酶时间(TT)的作用;采用大鼠动静脉旁路血栓形成法,检测益心脑滴丸抗血栓的作用。结果:益心脑滴丸各剂量组均可明显抑制ADP、凝血酶及CaCl2诱导的大鼠血小板最大聚集率(P<0.05或P<0.01);能够不同程度延长大鼠PT,TT及凝血时间(P<0.05或P<0.01);益心脑滴丸高、中剂量能够抑制大鼠血栓形成,减轻血栓质量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:益心脑滴丸可以对抗血栓形成,具有抑制血小板聚集及抗凝血的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Yixinnaodi pills on platelet aggregation, thrombosis and coagulation. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group, aspirin group, Yixinnaotao pill high, medium and low dose group (906,453,226 mg.kg-1, ig). Platelet aggregation was induced by ADP, thrombin and CaCl2 respectively. The effect of Yixinnaotian Pill on platelet aggregation was observed by turbidimetry. The effect of Yixinnaotian Pill on the coagulation time The effects of dripping pills on prothrombin time (PT) and thrombin time (TT) in rats were also evaluated. The antithrombotic effect of Yixinnaodao pills was detected by the rat arteriovenous bypass thrombosis method. Results: Yixinnaodi Pills could significantly inhibit the maximum platelet aggregation rate induced by ADP, thrombin and CaCl2 in rats (P <0.05 or P <0.01), prolong the PT, TT and coagulation time (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Yixinnaodao pill could inhibit the thrombosis and reduce the thrombus quality (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Yixinnaodi pills can resist thrombosis, inhibit platelet aggregation and anticoagulant effect.
