目的探讨社区高血压患者服药依从性的分析及对策。方法对通州区龙旺庄社区居民健康体检中发现有高血压患者进行问卷调查。调查的内容包含患者的一般情况、高血压知识、服药情况。结果高血压患者服药依从性与对高血压病的认识、家庭的经济收入,药物的副作用等因素有关。结论社区医生要加强患者对高血压病危害程度认识的宣传,合理选用抗高血压药物,提高服药依从性。
Objective To investigate the medication compliance of community-based hypertensive patients and its countermeasures. Methods Longwangzhuang Tongzhou District community health examination found that patients with hypertension were investigated. The survey contains the general situation of patients, knowledge of hypertension, taking medication. Results Hypertensive patients taking medication compliance with the understanding of hypertension, the family’s economic income, drug side effects and other factors. Conclusion Community doctors should strengthen their understanding of the extent of the hazards of hypertension propaganda, rational use of antihypertensive drugs, improve medication compliance.
