企业科技创新是当前及今后一个时期吉林省经济提质增效、持续健康发展的重要依托,是实现“弯道超越”、后来追上的动力源泉。目前吉林省企业创新存在着创新主体创新意识不强、研发基础薄弱、经费不足、创新能力弱等问题,对此,吉林省要全面实施创新驱动战略,必须重视企业的创新主体,营造自主创新的文化氛围,重视创新人才培养,为创新发展创造良好环境。
