本文用光学方法,即微分琼斯矩阵研究单模光纤的极化特性。首先推导了单模光纤的微分琼斯矩阵方程,并引入微分琼斯矩阵的表象理论。将其应用于较复杂的多重微扰单模光纤,使双折射及极化公式具有极其简单的形式和明确的物理意义。最后给出了扭转椭圆芯光纤的极化公式.
In this paper, we study the polarization characteristics of single-mode fiber by optical method, that is, differential Jones matrix. Firstly, the differential Jones matrix equation of single-mode fiber is deduced and the appearance theory of differential Jones matrix is introduced. Applying it to the more complex multi-perturbation single-mode fiber, the birefringence and polarization equations have a very simple form and a clear physical meaning. Finally, the polarization equation of twisted elliptical core fiber is given.
