目的:观察人工骨粉充填修复牙周病骨缺损的临床效果。方法:选择牙周病骨缺损38例,随机分为观察组和对照组各19例,对照组翻瓣术后直接采用Bio-Guide生物膜封闭,观察组则采用人工Bio-Oss骨粉充填后覆盖生物膜;均随访9个月,依据龈沟出血指数(SBI)、探诊深度(PD)及X线根尖片测量骨质密度等指标进行综合评估。结果:观察组自术后3个月起SBI、PD显著好转,骨缺损区新骨密度显著增高,在第9个月时骨缺损区骨密度已接近周围正常骨;与对照组比较,差异显著或非常显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:人工骨粉充填较生物膜封闭能够更有效促进牙周病骨组织再生。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of artificial bone powder filling in repairing periodontal bone defect. Methods: Thirty-eight patients with periodontal bone defect were randomly divided into observation group (19 cases) and control group (19 cases). The control group was closed with Bio-Guide biofilm directly and the observation group was covered with artificial Bio-Oss bone powder Biofilms. All patients were followed up for 9 months. The indexes of SBI, probing depth and X-ray were measured comprehensively. Results: The SBI and PD of the observation group improved significantly from 3 months after operation, and the new bone densities in the bone defect area increased significantly. At the 9th month, the bone densities in the bone defect area were close to the surrounding normal bone. Compared with the control group, the difference was significant Or very significant (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Artificial bone meal filling can more effectively promote periodontal bone regeneration than biofilm closure.
