高职“3+2”模式人才培养质量存在的问题及对策分析

随着社会的不断发展我国的教育体系逐渐向完善的方向所发展,高职“3+2”模式是目前我国教育体系中的重要组成部分之一,但是其在人才培养的过程中还存在许多问题,这直接对高职“3+2”模式人才培养质量的保证造成了影响,因此相关部门必须加强对其的重视,积极的采取措施对高职“3+2”模式人才培养过程中所存在的问题进行解决,为“3+2”模式人才培养质量的保证创造条件。 With the continuous development of our society, our country’s education system gradually develops in the direction of perfection. The “3 + 2” model of higher vocational education is one of the most important parts of our education system. However, There are many problems, which directly affect the quality assurance of the “3 + 2” mode of higher vocational education. Therefore, relevant departments must strengthen their attention and take active measures to improve the “3 + 2” Model talent training process to solve the problems that exist in the “3 +2 ” model of personnel training to create the conditions for quality assurance.
