第一条:为规范全省餐饮服务许可工作,加强餐饮服务监督管理,根据《餐饮服务许可管理办法》的规定和《四川省人民政府办公厅关于进一步加强食品安全工作保障人民群众健康的通知》(川办发〔2011〕49号)的精神,结合全省的实际,制定本实施细则。第二条:全省行政区域内的餐饮服务许可活动适用本细则。从事餐饮服务的单位和个人,应当取得《餐饮服务许可证》
Article 1: In order to standardize the permission of catering services across the province and to strengthen the supervision and administration of catering services, according to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Foodservice Licensing and the Notice of the General Office of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government on Further Strengthening Food Safety Work and Ensuring the Health of the People (Sichuan Office Office [2011] No. 49), combined with the actual situation in the province to develop the implementation details. Article 2: These rules apply to the catering service permit activities in the administrative regions of the province.
