近 2 0年来凝集素在生物学方面的应用研究发展尤为迅速 ,它最大的特点在于其能够识别糖和糖类 ,每一种凝集素具有对某一种特殊的碳水化合物有专一结合的能力 [1 ] ,凝集素受体是指能与相应凝集素特异结合的糖复合物 (糖蛋白 ,糖脂和蛋白聚糖 ) ,它在细胞的多种功能中起主要作用
