采用1.6μm激光差分吸收是探测甲烷(CH4)气体浓度的一种重要手段。通过对CH4气体吸收光谱的理论分析及计算,并基于Er∶YAG单频可调谐激光器,在实验室测量了CH4气体对1.645μm激光的吸收谱线。实验结果对研制用于测量CH4气体浓度的差分吸收激光雷达光源有重要意义。
Using 1.6μm laser differential absorption is an important means to detect methane (CH4) gas concentration. Based on the theoretical analysis and calculation of CH4 gas absorption spectra and absorption spectra of CH4 gas on 1.645 μm laser in the laboratory, an Er: YAG single-frequency tunable laser was measured. The experimental results are of great significance for the development of a differential absorption lidar source for measuring CH4 gas concentration.
