葡萄糖/半乳糖吸收障碍(GCM)是一种常染色体退行性变的疾病。表现为出生后头几周内小肠不能选择性地吸收饮食中的葡萄糖和半乳糖,患者可因严重的腹泻和脱水导致死亡。GCM病人的小肠活组织检查发现,在刷状缘Na~+-依赖的葡萄糖吸收缺损。已知正常葡萄糖在小肠刷状缘上皮细胞的吸收是由Na~+/葡萄糖联合载体来完成的。物质向细胞内的流动是由Na~+的跨膜电化学电位差来驱动的,然后,葡萄檐通过 Glucose / galactose malabsorption (GCM) is an autosomal recessive disease.
