目的分析EDTA抗凝剂所致血小板聚集对血小板计数结果的影响。方法用Sysmex-2100血液分析仪检测标本,对血小板低于正常值者进行涂片复查。结果发现2009年下半年至2010年年初,有18例因血小板聚集而导致的血小板减少,改用枸橼酸钠抗凝剂复查后其结果均正常。结论 EDTA抗凝剂所致的血小板聚集可导致血小板计数减少,应用枸橼酸钠抗凝或手工计数。
Objective To analyze the effect of EDTA anticoagulant platelet aggregation on platelet count results. Methods The Sysmex-2100 hematology analyzer was used to examine the specimens and the platelets were examined for smear below the normal platelet count. The results showed that the second half of 2009 to early 2010, 18 cases of platelet aggregation caused by thrombocytopenia, switch to sodium citrate anticoagulant after the review of the results were normal. Conclusion EDTA platelet aggregation caused by anticoagulants can lead to reduced platelet count, the use of sodium citrate anticoagulation or manual counting.
