目的:探讨职业病专科医院的危机因素及预防对策。方法:采取普查、分层整群抽样、横断面调查的方法对职业病专科医院的226名医务人员进行危机因素调查。结果:职业病专科医院危机因素前十位依次为:财政投入少或不足,有法不依、执行不力,职业病防治政策调整,医疗保险政策不合理,执法责任不落实,地方保护主义,行业体制改革,受经济危机及企业效益影响较大,医疗服务收入下降,行业管理混乱、多头管理。结论:危机管理是一项复杂的、长期持续的系统工程,需不断探索新思路、新方法,有效规避和化解危机,以最低的成本实现最大安全保障,提高社会效益和经济效益,促进职业病专科医院健康与可持续发展。
Objective: To explore the crisis factors and preventive measures of occupational disease specialist hospitals. Methods: The census, stratified cluster sampling and cross-sectional survey were conducted to investigate the crisis factors of 226 medical workers in occupational disease hospitals. Results: The top 10 crisis factors in occupational disease hospitals were as follows: less or inadequate financial input, ineffective enforcement, ineffective implementation of policies on occupational disease prevention and control, unreasonable medical insurance policies, failure to implement law enforcement responsibilities, local protectionism, industrial restructuring, Affected by economic crisis and enterprise benefits, medical services income decline, the industry management chaos, long management. Conclusion: Crisis management is a complicated and long-term systematic project. It is necessary to continually explore new ideas and new methods to effectively evade and resolve crises, maximize safety and security at the lowest cost, improve social and economic benefits, and promote occupational diseases Hospital Health and Sustainable Development.
