目的对2016年10月无锡市锡山区1起食物中毒的样品进行微生物检测,查明原因,预防类似事件的发生。方法通过流行病学调查和现场卫生学调查,采集可疑食物及病例标本进行病原菌分离鉴定,开展调查工作。结果在1份凉菜、2份患者肛试子中均检出副溶血性弧菌。结论此次食物中毒事件是由副溶血性弧菌引起。将农村流动厨师进行备案登记,实行农村宴申报备案管理制度是预防此类事件发生的关键。
Objective To detect the microorganisms in one sample of food poisoning in Xishan District of Wuxi City in October 2016 to identify the causes and prevent the occurrence of similar incidents. Methods Through epidemiological investigation and on-site hygiene investigation, suspicious food and case specimens were collected for pathogen isolation and identification and investigation work was carried out. Results Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in 1 cold dish and 2 patients with anal test. Conclusion The food poisoning is caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The rural mobile chef for the record registration, the implementation of rural banquet filing management system is the key to preventing such incidents.
