Recent petroleum exploration has revealed the reversal of the hydrogeochemical vertical zonation of oilfield water in oil-bearing formations. It is mainly manifested as Na-HCO 3 -type water with low salinity and salinity, and a negative correlation between Ca 2+ and HCO 3. These features are more pronounced near the hydrocarbon accumulation area. Therefore, in-depth research will provide favorable information for oil and gas exploration.
