煤炭部于1976年10月和1979年8月两次分别在铁法矿务局和工程兵42支队召开了有施工、科研设计和生产厂矿参加的现场经验交流会,总结用树脂锚杆固定立井井简装备的经验教训。通过现场会,现在全国已有近30个施工的井筒陆续采用了这一新的施工方法,对加快煤矿建设起了一定的积极作用。但就总的来说,这项新的施工工艺还为一些单位和个人所不接受,多数井筒的施工还是沿用传统的梁窝施工方法。本文介绍树脂锚杆在井筒装备中的实际应用及设计中的几个问题,以利于这项新技术的使用和推广。
In October 1976 and August 1979, the Ministry of Coal held two on-site exchanging experiences of construction, scientific research design and production of mines and mines with 42 teams of Tiefa Mining Bureau and Engineering Corps, respectively. This new construction method has played a positive role in accelerating coal mine construction. However, in general, this new construction process is still unacceptable to some units and individuals. Most wellbore construction still follows the traditional construction method of beam and socket. This article describes the practical application of resin bolt in the wellbore equipment and several issues in the design, in order to facilitate the use of this new technology and promotion.
