在传统政府投资的项目管理体制下,存在着项目管理力量薄弱、责任主体虚位、监督管理不力、建设管理不善、管理经验缺乏和“投资、建设、管理和使用”等各种问题,而通过委托专业的项目管理模式逐渐展现出其特有的优越性。通过上海国际舞蹈中心案例,对政府投资项目采用项目管理模式进行的实践和探索进行了介绍。
Under the project management system of traditional government investment, there are various problems such as weak project management power, empty responsibility body, poor supervision and management, poor construction management, lack of management experience and “investment, construction, management and use” By commissioning a professional project management model has gradually demonstrated its unique superiority.
