团队成员之间的信任度越高,团队绩效就越高。怎么提升团队信任呢?其中,有四个关键点:宽容比体面更重要。很多领导者把“严格”作为工作的管理重点,他们时常板起严肃的面孔下达指令,喜欢把自己的意志强加于人。这种严以待人的态度,不仅疏远了上下级之间的情感,也对立了人际关系。虽然严格管理无可厚非,但宽容管理也不失为一种有效的管理方法。态度比指标更重要。中国国家足球队前主教练米卢曾说:“态度决定一切。”

Many leaders regard “strict” as the management focus of their work. They often issue serious orders and like to impose their own will on others. This kind of strict attitude not only alienated the emotions between the upper and lower levels, but also opposed the interpersonal relationship. Although strict management is understandable, tolerance management can be regarded as an effective management method. Attitude is more important than indicators. Meilu, former head coach of China’s national football team, once said: “Attitude is everything.”
