本研究以在国家品种资源库中编目的 5 0 5 2 6份中国地方稻种资源和采用不同取样方法从中选出的 2 4个核心种质为研究对象 ,选用了 2 6个分类、形态及农艺性状 ,对检验核心种质的参数进行了比较研究。结果表明 ,在所选 8个参数中 ,多样性指数、表型方差、表型频率方差及变异系数为对比不同核心种质取样方法间优劣的有效参数 ;而表型保留比例为检验核心种质最终有效性和取样比例必不可少的参数。其它三个参数表型平均数离差、最大值离差和最小值离差则仅可用于检验核心种质的参考指标。
In this study, 5 0 5 2 6 rice germplasm resources in China, which were listed in the national variety resource database, and 24 core germplasms which were selected by different sampling methods were selected as the research objects. 26 species, Agronomic traits, the core of the test of germplasm parameters were compared. The results showed that the diversity index, phenotypic variance, phenotypic frequency variance and coefficient of variation were the valid parameters to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different core collection methods among the eight selected parameters. Parameters that are essential for qualitative endurance and sampling ratio. The other three parameters phenotypic mean deviation, maximum deviation and minimum deviation can only be used to test the core collection of reference indicators.
