部队资金集中支付是当前部队财务改革的一项重要内容,是新形势下加强财务管理,提高资金使用效益的重要举措。实行资金集中支付制度是加强部队财务体系建设的有效手段和客观要求,本文试从六个方面简要分析资金实行集中支付的必要性。
Centralized payment of troop funds is an important part of the current financial reform of the armed forces and an important measure for strengthening financial management and improving the efficiency of the use of funds in the new situation. The implementation of centralized payment of funds is an effective means and an objective requirement for strengthening the construction of the military’s financial system. This paper tries to briefly analyze the necessity of centralized payment of funds through six aspects.
