本文在分析房地产新政实施存在问题的基础上,提出了我国解决投机和投资性购房需求以及中低收入阶层住房问题的思路应该是尽快开征物业税和建立多层次、多主体的住房供应结构体系。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the implementation of the New Deal, this paper puts forward the idea that China should solve the problems of speculative and investment-oriented housing and the housing problems of low- and middle-income families as soon as possible. It should be as soon as possible to introduce property tax and to establish a multi-level and multi-entity housing supply structure system.
