利用透射电子显微镜对未服役的和已服役10年的汽轮机末级叶片2Cr13钢的微观结构进行了研究。结果表明,高温回火的2Cr13钢由于合金元素铬的含量较高使其回火稳定性提高。组织基本上保留了原板条马氏体的形貌。在含有较多位错缠结的基体上分布着细长的M_2C、M_3C碳化物及粒状M_(23)C_5碳化物,沿板条界还有长条状M_(23)C_6碳化物存在。M_2C、M_3C分别沿夹角约66°、43°的两个方向析出。退役叶片组织中部分区域保留着板条马氏体的形貌,成43°夹角的M_3C碳化物数量较少,有较多的M_(23)C_6碳化物呈较大粒状沿亚晶界分布,位错缠结较少,从微观亚结构分析两种组织存在一定差异。
The microstructures of 2Cr13 steels, which are not in service and have been in service for 10 years, were studied by transmission electron microscopy.
