女性绝经与男性更年期是性别特异性的神经内分泌改变,实际上他们包括性腺功能减退与机体衰老两方面的变化,其临床表现主要与性激素下降有关,激素替代治疗(HRT)能明显改善其临床症状。本文就女性绝经与男性更年期的神经内分泌改变、临床特征及治疗作一综述。 Menopause and menopause in men are gender-specific neuroendocrine changes. In fact, they include both hypogonadism and senescence. Their clinical manifestations are mainly related to the decline of sex hormones. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can significantly improve the clinical symptoms . This article reviews menopausal women with menopausal menopausal neuroendocrine changes, clinical features and treatment are reviewed.
