多发性毛发上皮瘤又名囊性腺样上皮瘤,是一种少见的良性肿瘤,我们见到一家父女5人同患此病,并对其父作了染色体检查。 患者,男,44岁。20岁时右鼻唇沟上方近鼻根处,出现3个针头大小正常肤色丘疹,5年后分布于鼻根部,鼻唇沟、眼睑、眉间,增大如绿豆至黄豆大小,每逢夏季有轻度痒感,近20年无新皮疹发生。曾局部X线照射无明显效果。
