主要研究B对Fe-Ni系弥散硬化型恒弹合金回火组织及物理性能的影响,用透射电镜观察了B对析出相γ′-Ni_3(TiAl)的分布及形貌的影响。结果表明:微量B的加入,使合金在回火过程中析出的γ′相质点细小弥散,并可抑制γ′向η相(Ni_3Ti)的转变。从而使含B合金的扭振频率温度系数γ_s对回火工艺不敏感,并且使合金的物理性能如居里点、显微硬度和电阻率提高。
The effect of B on the microstructure and physical properties of Fe-Ni system was studied. The effect of B on the distribution and morphology of precipitated phase γ’-Ni_3 (TiAl) was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the addition of trace amount of B can make the γ ’phase of the alloy precipitate finely dispersed during tempering and inhibit the transformation of γ’ to η phase (Ni_3Ti). So that the torsional vibration frequency temperature coefficient γ containing B alloy is not sensitive to the tempering process, and the physical properties of the alloy such as the Curie point, microhardness and resistivity increase.
