规律是事物发展过程中所固有的本质的、必然的、稳定的联系。思想政治工作是由四大要素组成的:影响元(思想政治工作者和施教内容)、接收元(思想政治工作对象)、联系手段(联系影响元与接收元,把施教内容传输给工作对象的基本角度、方式和方法)、环境(思想政治工作的自然和社会环境)。探析思想政治工作规律,就是探析这四大要素相互作用、相互渗透的内在的、必然的、稳定的联系,以给思想政治工作现实的指导。
Law is the inherent, necessary and stable relationship inherent in the development of things.
