文化软实力是我国党和政府重点关注的问题,城市文化软实力与城市硬实力一同构成了城市的综合实力。城市文化软实力在城市经济社会发展中的作用日趋突出,成为城市可持续发展的内在动力和各个城市之间竞争的重要因素。本文在阐明城市文化软实力重要性基础上,分析了四平市城市文化软实力的构成要素,并从理念文化、行为文化和物质文化三个方面阐述如何来提升四平市城市文化软实力。
The soft power of culture is a key issue that our party and government attach great importance to. The urban cultural soft power and the urban hard power together constitute the overall strength of the city. The soft power of urban culture plays an increasingly prominent role in the economic and social development of an urban area, becoming an intrinsic driving force for urban sustainable development and an important factor in the competition among cities. Based on the importance of urban cultural soft power, this paper analyzes the elements of urban cultural soft power in Siping City and expounds how to enhance urban soft power in Siping City from the aspects of concept culture, behavior culture and material culture.
