吉林省第二实验学校小学部,几年来坚持创新教研之路,用四年的执着与坚守走出了一条覆盖全学科、贯穿整学期、全员齐参与的教研新路——研课。研课是一种新的教研形式:每学期备课组制订研讨主题,集集体智慧共同探究最为困惑的教学内容或典型的教学案例,通过“集体备课—第一成员上课—观摩研讨—第二成员再上课—再研讨备课……”直至最终总结出可推广的教学模式或教学
